Welcome to the Western Reserve Junior Service League's Web site. It is my privilege and honor to serve as the president of this organization, which was founded in 1962 by a dynamic group of twenty-three Lake County women who wanted to make a difference in their community. The spirit and mission of those "pioneers" lives on in our organization today.

We are a diverse group of women with the same goals. Among our members are doctors, accountants, nurses, lawyers, teachers, mothers, businesswomen and retirees. Some of our members are in their mid-twenties while others are sixty "plus" years young. We volunteer for a wide variety of non-profit organizations and work together to raise money for our Grant Funding Program, providing funds for non-profit organizations throughout Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties.

Understanding the demands on today's women, our organization has evolved and changed over the years to continue to meet the needs of the community, as well as the needs of our members.

I am confident that you would truly enjoy your experience as a member in the Western Reserve Junior Service League. I invite you to contact me with any questions about WRJSL or ideas on how we can best meet the needs of our community. I can be reached at (440) 487-1926 or at . I look forward to hearing from you.
